The Moulin Rouge is one of the iconic landmarks of Paris. Known as the cabaret where the "can can" dance was created, the original building opened in 1889 and was rebuilt after a fire in 1915. We are pleased to have it the famous windmill here on 18 mesh canvas designed by Shelly Tribbey. This hand painted canvas can be made into an ornament or framed in a round matted frame. We are presenting it with 5 colors of Sajou's Retors du Nord cotton thread including 2030, 2409, 2026, 2005 and 2003. We recommend using all four strands of the Retors du Nord. The image to needlepoint is 4 7/8" diameter.
