We are so excited about our new collaboration with Gaye Glasspie, avid knitter and embroidery enthusiast! Many crafters know her as GG and she blogs about all of her favorite knitting and embroidery projects. We all know her favorite color is ORANGE because she gravitates to that colors in yarn a thread. Together we are working to present interesting ideas for embroidery to a wide audience, including crafters of color. You will find all of these projects in our GG Embroidery Collection.
Our first projects are based on the work of talented artist Ben Foster. GG turned us on to his drawings and we are so pleased to be featuring his work as projects for embroidery. Each kit is complete with everything you need for the project including thread, needles, patterns, stitch guides, instructions and even hoops. GG is also creating videos that are part of our project pages that will show you specifics about the projects and her helpful hints.
Our hope is that you will personalize each piece and make it your own. Use your own favorite stitches. Embellish your pieces with beads and special threads. Please share your work with us.
